Security & Controls

AI ThinkSync maintains a security program aligned with industry standards, including SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria and ISO/IEC 27001 principles. Controls include access management, logging, monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Availability

AI ThinkSync uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect Confidential Information using safeguards no less rigorous than those used to protect its own confidential data.

Incident Response

AI ThinkSync maintains documented incident response procedures and will notify customers of confirmed security incidents involving Customer Data without undue delay, consistent with applicable law.

Vendor & Subprocessor Management

AI ThinkSync may engage subprocessors subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
